Astro Bodyshop was built for one reason: to give serious people a serious system. No filler programs. No generic plans. Every client receives a fully tailored approach — from training structure to nutritional strategy — guided personally, delivered remotely, and built to last.
The Trainer

Step II
We build your full program — training schedule, nutrition framework, and mobility protocol — designed around your body and your life.
Step III
Weekly check-ins, real-time adjustments, and direct access to your coach. You stay on track. We handle everything else.

Your download opens immediately after payment, in either currency — card payments check out through Stripe, Naira payments through Paystack, and both send a receipt to your email. If a download ever fails to open, message Ayo and he’ll send the file straight over.
All sessions are live 1-on-1 video calls. Right after booking you’ll finalise your date and time directly with Ayo.
Yes. Ayo is based in Lagos (WAT) and works with clients worldwide — sessions are scheduled around your timezone.
Card payments in USD via Stripe, and Naira payments via Paystack. Every checkout is handled by those providers — your card details never touch this site.
You’re redirected to finalise scheduling with Ayo right after checkout, and your programme is built from there — sessions typically begin the same week.
Message Ayo on WhatsApp — every request is handled personally and quickly. Mobility sessions must be reserved at least 48 hours ahead.
